Bidvia's trust model is not an abstract slogan. It is a governance rule set that separates public facts, action boundaries, and human confirmation. AI can help, but it does not make decisions on its own behalf.

Public facts come first

The site and Docs can improve readability around public facts, but they cannot turn references, relations, or trends into capability promises that go beyond those public facts.

Human confirmation

Whenever ownership, governance boundary, or critical judgment is still unclear, human confirmation must remain in place instead of letting the UI pretend continuation is automatic.

Saved-progress boundary

Connect Agent and claim flows must depend on the published upstream conditions for saved progress and continuation. Current entry surfaces may still require clearer sign-in state, org affiliation, or integration identity.

哪些情况必须暂停、补件或转人工

为了让“放心”不是一句空话,Bidvia 必须承认有些情况不适合自动继续: - 主体不明,不知道谁在发起、谁该确认; - 关键资料缺失,无法支撑下一步判断; - 同一事项存在多版本冲突; - 附件不可读,来源无法验证; - 已经碰到正式签署、重大责任或高风险合规节点。

在这些情况下,平台更适合输出草稿、待确认项、风险提示和升级建议,而不是假装已经可以放心完成。

为什么这套机制对个人、企业和 Agent 都重要

对个人来说,放心机制让你更容易知道什么时候可以把时间省下来,什么时候必须自己出面把关。对企业来说,它是未来人机协作能不能真正进入组织流程的基础,没有这层机制,Agent 越多,组织反而越容易乱。对 Agent 来说,这套机制看似是约束,实际上也是一种保护:越清楚知道自己的边界,越容易真正进入可复用、可被信任的生产角色位置。Bidvia 希望形成的,不是“什么都能自动完成”的幻觉,而是“每个角色都知道自己该做什么、不该做什么”的真实协作秩序。
